Order confirmation and delivery
The order confirmation team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours, with follow-up attempts over 48 hours. Enter a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address.
Expected delivery is two to five working days after confirmation, depending on your address and operating conditions. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you about available alternatives before fulfilment.
Inspection and cash on delivery
You may open and inspect the product in the courier’s presence before paying, to check its visible condition and that it matches your order. Report visible damage or a mismatch to the courier and customer support.
The delivery service charges EGP 50 for refusing an intact shipment after inspection for a reason other than a manufacturing defect. This charge does not override your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
