This agreement governs use of Talabixa and orders submitted through the store. Read it together with our privacy, delivery and returns policies before placing an order. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
Accounts and order details
Provide accurate, up-to-date recipient details, phone number, address and governorate. Keep sign-in credentials private and contact support if you notice unauthorised account use. You must be authorised to make the purchase.
Products and prices
Check product descriptions, specifications and quantities before ordering. Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Delivery charges and the total appear at checkout before submission. If a clear error or availability issue arises, we contact you before fulfilment; we do not change the price or send a substitute without your agreement.
Confirmation and payment
Preparation depends on confirming the order details, product availability and delivery coverage. Payment is cash on delivery.
Delivery and inspection
Our delivery prices and policy apply according to the delivery address governorate. Visible inspection is allowed in the courier’s presence before payment. See that page for details and refusal charges applicable to intact shipments, without limiting statutory rights.
Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Use the contact channel for your order promptly to request changes or cancellation before shipping. After delivery, our returns and exchanges policy and statutory consumer rights apply. This agreement does not waive mandatory legal rights.
Privacy and acceptable use
Information is processed under our privacy policy. Fake orders, unauthorised use of personal details, disruption of the store and attempts to access others’ information are prohibited. Store branding and content must not be used in ways that infringe the rights of their owners.
Contact and updates
For questions or complaints, message the Talabixa page or use support details included with your order. Updates will appear here and do not retrospectively change the price or terms of a confirmed order.
